Barre Fundamentals
New to barre and not ready to jump in quite yet? Want to perfect your form and get the most out of class? Need a little more explanation of how to tuck, pulse, and lift? Want to personalize your modifications? Fundamentals is a fun, educational class where we go through classic barre moves and explain how to maximize or modify each one according to your needs.

Cardio Barre

Incorporating HIIT and kickboxing into classic barre moves, Cardio Barre is a fun and high energy class that will get your heart rate up and strengthen and tone your entire body!
As this is our advanced class, taking at least 5 classic barre classes before Cardio Barre is required.

Barre

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

HOUR ADVANCE SIGNUP REQUIRED FOR 6 AM CLASS. WALK-INS WELCOME FOR ALL OTHER CLASSES.

Express Barre
Spend your lunch break in our 30 minute barre express class!

Gentle Barre

Geared toward those just starting barre, recovering from an injury, or regulars looking for an extra stretch, Gentle Barre is a slow-paced class combining simple barre and beginner yoga. Dim lighting and essential oil washcloths at the end of the class create a relaxing workout that will elongate and strengthen muscles without the advanced elements of our classic barre classes.
